01. Placing a new order online

 

Refill Product 

Interested in adding a refill to your curbside order?

Here's how it will work:

If this is your first refill, great news! All you need to do is create your customer profile, select the refill product you need and add it to your cart! Your FIRST refill product will include a $3 bottle deposit that will be deducted from the price after each refill moving forward. 
 

02. Picking up your order

 

Curbside Pickup

Notifications will be sent out once the order is ready for pickup, within 24 hours of placing an order.

Pick up is available Tuesday - Saturday between 12 pm-4 pm.

Give us a call when you're out front at 778-266-3627 and we will place your order in our Swap Crate for contactless pickup!

Please Note: If you are returning any refill bottles, simple place them in the crate for us to properly sanitize.  

 

03. Receiving orders

We hope that you enjoy your refills as much as we do! All of our products have been mindfully selected to make conscious living that much easier.

04. Container return

Bring Back Your Empties

When you've gone through your refills, we kindly ask that all bottles being returned are CLEAN + EMPTY with their caps on! If you're picking up a new curbside refill order, simply place your bottle in our Swap Crate and we'll set you up with a fresh one! 

 

Wash, Rinse and Repeat!
