All refillable items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you run into any issues with our refillable products, please feel free to reach out, we are here to support you!

Exchanges, refunds and returns are available on non-refillable items that are unused and in their original packaging up to 14 days from original receipt. Discounted items will be processed to the same amount paid. Online refunds will be returned back to your credit card.  Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted.
